Retreat has always been part of the spiritual path. Over the past few years I have been partaking in multiple silent meditation retreats per year and have found them to be an essential time of healing, deep rest and reflection. Retreat is a time we can authentically live away from our cell phone, traffic, and rolls we play in our family and work lives. Silence allows us to deeply listen to the present moment as well as our deeper truths.
As many silent retreats offered require a commitment of 5-10 days, some of my students have asked me to offer a weekend of silence, as a “taste” of what a silent practice is like. I am thrilled to be offering a weekend of meditation teachings, Yin and Yang yoga practices, in our own Canadian Rocky Mountains.

$480-$550 + gst & hst (depending on room choice)

The retreat starts Friday May 25th. Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Later arrival time is negotiable, but please arrive no later than 6:30pm for supper. The first Yoga and Meditation practice will begin on Friday at 8:00pm
Our group will enter into silence Friday night (after supper and evening meditation session) and will remain in silence until Sunday Morning after breakfast. There will be two Yoga classes and two guided meditation sessions on Saturday, along with free time to hike and spend time by the river. Schedule details will be sent following registration. It is encouraged that you turn off cell phones and other electronic devises until we come out of silence Sunday morning.
The retreat ends Sunday May 27th at 2:00pm.
